LIVERPOOL VS ARSENAL REVIEW

This weekend will see a clash of the titans game at the Anfield when Liverpool face London rivals Arsenal. Both teams have taken maximum points so far with the Home team defeating Norwich and Southampton while Arsenal defeated Newcastle and Burnley.

Liverpool have continued from where they stopped last season with the front three playing a huge role in the two victories. Sadio Mane, in particular, has been exceptional since his return from the AFCON and looks to be back to his very best.

Roberto Firmino has also been impressive while Mohammed Salah has also been involved in most of the attacking forays of the club.

The match against Arsenal promises to be a cracker as the Gunners possess one of the best attacks in the league with Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang and AlexandreLacazzette. Both players are capable of creating goals from nothing as evident in the game against Burnley.

Looking at Liverpool they have been worried in defence by a number of clubs and Arsenal could look to take advantage of this at Anfield.

Liverpool are considered one of the title favourites alongside Manchester City and will be looking to maintain their early lead over their rivals.

Mohammed Salah remains the man to watch as he has terrorized Arsenal in the past with his direct running and shooting ability. Monreal will have a tough time defending against the Egyptian and this could be one of the major matchups in the game.

The other is between Ceballos and Fabinho. Ceballos showed against Burnley that he is a quality midfielder with or without the ball. He would be facing up with Fabinho, one of the best defensive midfielders in the league.

This matchup with Fabinho will be crucial as if he can boss Fabinho Arsenal will have multiple opportunities to hurt the home side.
